Kim Lalande is the Founder and CEO of KEY.co, a premier hospitality brand that’s redefining the vacation rental experience. Under her leadership, KEY has become the go-to platform for luxury vacation homes, where handpicked accommodations meet personalized in-home services and exclusive brand experiences. With KEY, travelers can skip the endless search for the perfect vacation home — each home is carefully curated. KEY’s mission is to deliver seamless, unforgettable vacation experiences. Today, KEY has over 7,500 homes across 80+ amazing destinations in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean. 

Before founding KEY, Kim was the Director of Business Development for DLA Piper, one of the world’s leading law firms, where she worked with some of the biggest names in the technology sector. She also led business development at Teakwood Capital, a private equity firm investing in high-growth software companies.

Kim still resides in Austin, Texas, drawing her inspiration from her own family vacations with her husband and four children. Tired of starting every trip with a grocery run, she envisioned a better way — where discerning travelers could arrive, unwind and focus on what truly matters: spending quality time with loved ones creating memories, not plans.
